WAHEED, Adeshina Babatunde, HND, MSc (Leeds), ACTI, FCIM, FCA.
Mr Babatunde has an HND (Distinction) in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos (1982). MSc degree in Corporate Governance from Leeds Metropolitan University, Leeds, Diploma in Management Consultancy of the Institute of Consulting, and Certificate in Strategic Direction and Leadership from Chartered Management Institute.

Mr. Babatunde has over 30 years’ experience in banking, finance, accounting, auditing, marketing and general management experience. He started his career as a banker with the then Barclays Bank of Nigeria Limited now Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. He had his professional accountancy training with Ernst Young (formerly Arthur Young Osindero & Moret) – an international firm of Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants.
DAVID MAKANJUOLA, MANAGING PARTNER
Mr Makanjuola is Joint Managing Director of Brideswell Consulting Limited and a multi-disciplinary Professional. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (1990) and Master in Industrial and Labour Relations degree from University of Ibadan in 1997 and a member of various professional bodies:-
Mr Makanjuola has over 25 -year post-graduation experiences, part of which was with People Skills Associates where he cut his niche in various field of Human Capital Development – Recruitment and Selection, Training Design and Development, Marketing and Organisation Development.
David attended various local and international training programs from prestigious Universities among these are Strategy Formulation by Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, People Analytics by University of Pennsylvania, USA, and Recruiting, Hiring, and On-boarding Employees by University of Minnesota, USA
He was a Business Development Manager in the Institutional Banking Group of First Bank of Nigeria, where he was saddled with the responsibilities of managing Pension Funds Administrators, Asset Management, Local and Foreign Correspondence relationships as well as the multilateral agencies.

He is a/an Associate of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (ANIPR), Certified Customer Service Trainer with Service Quality Institute USA (CCST, SQI), Certified Action Learning Coach with World Institute of Action Learning, USA (CALC) member of the Harvard Project on Negotiation and Leadership.
Daniel Adejo has 20 years private sector work experience which cuts across Shipping, Financial Services and Consultancy Services. He started his professional career in 1997 as the Communications & Liaison Executive, China Ocean Shipping Company (COSCO West Africa Ltd), Lagos before joining First Bank of Nigeria Plc in 1999. His career with First Bank widely covered Branch Operations (1999 – 2004) and Human Resource Management (2004 – 2012) spanning Customer Services, cash management, funds transfer, internal communication, change and culture management, Quality service orientation and Learning & Development functions.
He played a key role in the Service Quality Initiative of the bank tagged the SQI Project, which contributed largely to the revamp of service delivery in First Bank, especially from the people orientation and culture point of view. He provided extensive support in Recruitment, Performance Management and Career Management before moving to Learning & Development functions of Human Capital Management Development in 2008. Prior to his voluntary retirement in September 2012, he headed the Curriculum Planning & Learning Advisory Unit, which was responsible for the First Academy Project – A Corporate University of First Bank of Nigeria Plc, now fully operational. He is currently a Faculty Member of FirstAcademy.
